2. Service Scope
We provide vehicle inspection booking and support services: scheduling, facilitation, and a report. Pre-contract information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are made on the website. Provide accurate information. We confirm by email. Scheduling is subject to availability. We may reschedule with notice.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are shown on the booking page. Payment is in advance. Prices include taxes. We may change fees for future bookings.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
You may cancel up to 24 hours before the inspection for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee. You have a right of withdrawal under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, except where the service is fully performed with your consent.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to contact@xavrcyn.com or +380 505 316 6777. We respond within 30 days. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Disputes are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
8. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy. We use essential cookies and, with consent, non-essential cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
9. Advertising
All advertising is accurate and substantiated in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
